The location was marvellous yet it was steps away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The staff was nice, welcoming with every request.

Travelled with my brother, overall the hotel was exceptionally friendly. Helpful staff, provided information if needed. My spotless and neat room was equipped with an old heater. The location was excellent and perfect - right by stayed for two nights.

Magnificent and stunning location, it was short walk to a big restaurant for that price, the Oban ferry, and the ferry terminal which after a long trip is very helpful. The entire staff were knowledgeable and amiable.

This is a hotel go-to for Craignure! We think it's a unique base for staying in Craignure. The staff are very welcoming and really good, managed the parking on site...

Incredibly friendly hotel, I truly enjoyed its central location near the bay opposite the inn, Mull on the last evening ferry from Oban, and the ferry.

There were fantastic & lovely rooms with an old heater. It was based in nice building in a perfect location, right on the harbor.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and great atmosphere in the old-fashioned pub and restaurant. The location was ideal, being very close to the ferry terminal, making it convenient after a long trip. The pub served good grub and had a variety of beers and whiskies to choose from. The staff also provided tips for exploring the island.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.
